Commercial Description

The Plycem System 1000 is a light system in which the physical and mechanical characteristics of the high thickness fiber cement boards take advantage, in combination with other elements to conform a solution of high structural performance. It is constituted by fiber cement boards of 25mm of thickness, height of 2.50m and 1.22m of wide, totally modular. The link between boards is reinforced with a steel tubular section that is covered with a trim of fiber cement. The connection with the foundation system is made through special steel which allow to the perfect transmission of loads and the structural performance.

Qualities

The Plycem System 1000 is simple, versatile, fast to install and has a low cost, which makes it accessible and attractive.

Being a system of low weight, it is resistant to the seismic requirements and it is adapted to wind conditions, specially with pressures low to 70km/h. Nevertheless, it always requires the professional consultant's office to consider additional seismic and wind conditions.

Components

• Walls of fiber cement boards of 1220x2440x25mm.
• Steel tubes with ¾" or 1" of diameter.
• Angular of 75x75x2440x1.54mm like steel reinforcement in the corners.
• Angular of 50x50x3mm like connection wall-foundation.
• Special steel beam on the top of the walls.

Types

Due to the versatility of the system, a house model does not exist. It can adjust to different architectonic requirements and families necessities.
