 The Plycem Company. has three production plants located in Costa Rica, Honduras and El Salvador. More than 750 employees, including plant operators, technicians, and administrative personnel work in these facilities.
The management systems of all three facilities have triple certification in compliance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:2004, and OHSAS 18001:1999 standards, in accordance with our triple bottom line philosophy. These certifications are issued by the Costa Rican institute of technical norms (INTECO) and the Spanish Association for Standardisation and Certification (AENOR), giving international recognition to our integrated management system.
